The Huntsville VA Clinic along with Air Force retiree and VYP Yoga Teacher Kristin Clark are hosting a donation-based yoga class from 10-11 am CT on Saturday, 4 Nov 23, as part of VYP's Veterans Gratitude Week 2023. No yoga experience needed for this basic gentle yoga class - all ages and abilities welcome! Class will be in the clinic parking lot but the clinic will be open for bathroom access. Participants are encouraged to dress in comfortable weather-appropriate layers and to bring a yoga mat or large thick beach towel. A suggested minimum donation of $15 can be made online or at the class via cash or check. All funds raised will help VYP continue their mission to support recovery and resilience for our nation's veterans, military members and their family members or caregivers. Light refreshments will be available after the class.
