Join the VYP team and esteemed guests aboard the USS Lexington to learn about Veterans Yoga Project, a non-profit 501(c)(3) on a mission to support our veterans, military families, and communities.

Together, we honor those veterans who have lost their lives in the line of duty followed by a yoga practice wherein we will explore the five tools of mindful resilience: mindful movement, breathing, meditation, guided rest, and gratitude. 

No yoga experience is required.
