Join me Friday's from 4:15-5:15 PM for Mindfulness and Gratitude Yoga, an adaptable, all-level yoga class that incorporates the movement, breath, and meditation tools of Mindful Resilience. It is suitable for beginners and options will be offered for intermediate to advanced students. This class can be done with or without props. Breathe and flow your way into the weekend with Gratitude. 

Stephanie has been practicing yoga for over 25 years and teaching for over 15 years. She holds a 200-hour LifePower Yoga Teacher Training certification, trained with Veteran’s Yoga Project (VYP) in trauma-informed yoga and holds a VYP Mindful Resilience Training certification, and is the Pennsylvania State Director for VYP.
