As Memorial Day approaches, it is time to pause, take a breath and consider the true meaning of this holiday. Memorial Day represents one day of national awareness and reverence, honoring those Americans who died while defending our freedom.

As you may know, I’m part of the organization Veterans Yoga Project.  We need your support to help us accomplish our mission. Your gift will go directly to support recovery and resilience among our veterans, families, and communities. These programs include more than 100 Mindful Resilience free yoga classes across the USA, training scholarships and healing retreats for veterans.

We invite you to participate in Light-A-Candle, by making a dedication to honor those who have served. This year we are partnering with A Network for Grateful Living to bring our community a unique experience of being able to light a virtual candle for your personal intention.Your gift will go directly to support recovery and resilience among our veterans, families, and communities.
