This Memorial Day, I invite you to honor Americans loved and lost with a personal dedication to the Veterans Yoga Project’s Third Annual Light-A-Candle Campaign. Every VYP donation, large or small, will help move mountains. 

Aboard the USS Intrepid on June 3rd, a special yoga event called “Breathe Free” will take place. Sponsored by lululemon’s Here to Be community-based social impact program honoring our military, a votive candle will be lit for every Light-A-Candle dedication. Light-A-Candle is a nationally supported peer-to-peer fundraising event.

Memorial Day represents one day of national awareness and reverence, honoring those Americans who died while defending our freedom.

We invite you to participate in Light-A-Candle, by making a dedication to honor those who have served. This year we are partnering with A Network for Grateful Living to bring our community a unique experience of being able to light a virtual candle for your personal intention.Your gift will go directly to support recovery and resilience among our veterans, families, and communities. These programs include more than 100 free Mindful Resilience yoga classes across the USA, training scholarships and healing retreats for veterans.
