Come join us for a Team Challenger Hero WOD!

A CrossFit “Hero” WOD is a named workout in honor of our fallen heroes (military and first responders). They are powerful, challenging workouts intended to push you beyond your comfort zone. This workout will force you to think outside of yourself, and forge on in spite of their difficulty.

Brooke Shober, U.S Army veteran will choose the Hero WOD and give a short summary of the meaning of a Hero WOD.  Honoring them by holding this event to bring awareness and donate to the VYP. She will lead a Yoga style warmup, and help find scaling options for those may need them and provide a yoga cool down. Bring your energy and lots of #ChallengerPower!

Memorial Day represents one day of national awareness and reverence, honoring those Americans who died while defending our freedom.

We invite you to participate in Light-A-Candle, by making a dedication to honor those who have served. This year we are partnering with A Network for Grateful Living to bring our community a unique experience of being able to light a virtual candle for your personal intention.Your gift will go directly to support recovery and resilience among our veterans, families, and communities. These programs include more than 100 free Mindful Resilience yoga classes across the USA, training scholarships and healing retreats for veterans.
