Hi Everyone - Let's remember the fallen by taking care of the living. I am the local outreach director for the Veterans Yoga Project. We train yoga teachers and provide classes to Veterans. Yoga is a wonderful tool for self-care. It helps with everyday life and as a complimentary tool for trauma related issues. Your donations help bring yoga and wellness to our military and veteran communites.  

We will have a special Memorial weekend class. Come on out!

Memorial Day represents one day of national awareness and reverence, honoring those Americans who died while defending our freedom.

We invite you to participate in Light-A-Candle, by making a dedication to honor those who have served. This year we are partnering with A Network for Grateful Living to bring our community a unique experience of being able to light a virtual candle for your personal intention.Your gift will go directly to support recovery and resilience among our veterans, families, and communities. These programs include more than 100 free Mindful Resilience yoga classes across the USA, training scholarships and healing retreats for veterans.
