Thank you for taking this moment to honor and support our Veterans Yoga Project. Together, we have raised thousands of dollars in support of programs such as:

• Over 100 monthly classes around the country
• Free practice library with mindful resilience tools and practices available at no cost to our veterans
• Annual retreat in Helena, MT
• Scholarships for veterans to attend our Mindful Resilience Training

Our Light-A-Candle campaign is a nationally supported peer-to-peer fundraising event. For each person who donates, a votive candle will be illuminated during our Yoga Day aboard the USS Intrepid on June 3, in NYC.

Memorial Day represents one day of national awareness and reverence, honoring those Americans who died while defending our freedom.

We invite you to participate in Light-A-Candle, by making a dedication to honor those who have served. This year we are partnering with A Network for Grateful Living to bring our community a unique experience of being able to light a virtual candle for your personal intention.Your gift will go directly to support recovery and resilience among our veterans, families, and communities. These programs include more than 100 free Mindful Resilience yoga classes across the USA, training scholarships and healing retreats for veterans.
